Gemma started with Accumen in mid-2019 bringing with her several years’ experience in customer and organisational management. Her previous experience in working with a diverse range of people and problems has provided Gemma with the insight and the skills to build rapport and relationships with both our clients and her colleagues.

Gemma’s proactive approach combined with her exemplary communication skills, makes her perfect in her role of managing our clients as well as the office administration at Accumen. Her passion for problem solving and ability to view issues through a myriad of lenses enables Gemma to deliver effective and timely outcomes for both our clients and her team.

Gemma enjoys the symbiotic and egalitarian environment at Accumen and loves working within the friendly and supportive team.

She is currently furthering her skills and expertise and studying a master’s in commerce which she aims to complete over the next few years.
