Kara brings a wealth of experience to Accumen after spending 12 years in the UK hospitality industry managing pubs and providing operations support. Her diverse background and qualifications have honed her customer service, organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Providing a strong foundation for her current position.

As the new admin guru for Accumen, Kara’s organisational prowess plays a vital role. In her role, Kara leverages her organisational skills to ensure the efficient functioning of administrative tasks. She takes pride in assisting everyone to operate smoothly, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the business.

Kara finds the work environment at Accumen to be supportive, friendly, and calm, which fosters her professional growth and allows her to thrive personally. The collaborative nature of the team enhances productivity and creates a conducive atmosphere for achieving goals.

Outside of work, Kara finds joy in running, spending quality time with her family and engaging in diligent training sessions at the gym.
