Strategic and Business Planning

“However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.”

 – Winston Churchill

Strategy

We are not going to wordsmith a vision statement and a 100 page document that ends up in the bottom drawer! Instead, we assist you to identify and develop strategic plans to encapsulate your current position, future aspirations and direction, and then steps and actions required to achieve your goals. We don’t create the plan – we facilitate the process to help you to create your plan.

Business Planning

Does your business have the operational support to deliver on its strategy? Is poor execution holding your business back? Current operations might not be sufficient to enable your business to achieve its strategy. We look at all the operational functions of your business such as human resources, marketing, premises, equipment, processes, operations, finance, legal, risk and insurance etc, and can help you plan for success. Our Business planning can be singly focussed, or take a broader approach.
