What you’ll bring
- Australian CA qualification with 6+ years in public practice.
- Demonstrated experience leading a client-facing team.
- Strong commercial and business acumen - you think like an owner, not just an accountant.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a highly professional presence.
- Strong Australian tax law knowledge across companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and SMSFs.
- Hands-on Xero and MYOB experience.
- Broad experience working with private clients and small-to-medium business owners.

What kind of clients would I manage?
You would manage a portfolio of business clients across agribusiness, healthcare, construction, mining and professional services, acting as their direct point of contact for compliance, tax planning, structuring and advisory work.
